With over 30 years client management experience he has a proven track record in building profitable partnerships for progressive organizations while driving bottom line value and optimizing ESG investment and impact. Daniel holds and HBA, Specialist in Media & Communications from the University Of Toronto, an International Business graduate degree from Helsinki University Of Technology (Emerging Markets), Rotman Executive Leadership Program certification, and participant in Accenture’s DSDP program.

Leena is an award-winning consultant and equity practitioner with over 20 years of leadership experience in the non-profit, philanthropy and education sectors. Her approach to building equitable cultures, processes, and practices is rooted in four key pillars: accountability, resourcing, conflict transformation and social capital. She holds a Master’s in Conflict Analysis & Management, is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP), a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory, and is certified in the DISM ISO 30415:2021 framework for embedding equity and inclusion in organizational practices. Leena also completed the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation program through First Nations University and is Pride at Work certified.
